Our unique four-pass design by Hurst Boilers and Welding Inc. are more efficient than the standard two-pass design offered by other boiler manufacturers in the industry.

These come as packaged approved boilers and burners that do not require field approval. They can also be skid packaged with the boiler, feed tank, blowdown separator, and softener to save on installation costs.

We offer vertical boilers in sizes from 10 BHP to 50 BHP and they do not require operating engineers in Ontario, Canada. They are also supplied with a CRN number so they are approved to be used in any Canadian province. 

Available in Low-Pressure Steam, High-Pressure Steam, & Hot Water

These boilers are equipped with Power Flame burners or any other burner of your choice. They can also be supplied with step-firing or full modulation. Due to the fact that the burners are mounted at waist height, they are easy to repair. 

Also, parts and servicing can be purchased and completed from any local boiler supplier, saving on high costs from the manufacturer.
